I had a mostly enjoyable stay at The Level At Melia Punta Cana Beach. The hotel is truly stunning, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and exotic birds. However, I was disappointed with the concierge service, as they abandoned us after a few days, forcing us to manage our own reservations. Overall, the experience was good, but some aspects could definitely be improved.

My concierge, Moises, was fantastic and made our experience nice. However, the food quality left much to be desired, and sometimes the service was not up to par, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a beautiful retreat, and I would love to return! 🌴😊
